08: Mike Barbanica Runs for Contra Costa County Board of Supervisor

On this episode, I chat with Antioch City Councilmember Mike Barbanica who is running for Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors for District 5. Being a former police officer, we talk public safety, blight, homelessness and the need to have data and metrics available to see if what we are spending money on is working. We touch on some items within the City of Antioch, but get into helping small business, the Northern Waterfront and more. We also talk a little bit about Antioch and attempting to accomplish things from outside a council majority. Barbanica also advocates for policy that protects personal freedoms.
